Danfoss Series 42 4T Axial Piston Pump is designed with a medium-duty system, which features the shortest length in the market and a wide range of flexible, integral product options. S42 pumps are sophisticated hydrostatic machines that can handle high loads of 415 bar [6020 psi] (41 cm3) and 350 bar [5075 psi] (51 cm3). To transfer and regulate hydraulic power, you can integrate these pumps with an appropriate Danfoss motor or other items in a system. These motors come with a reverse swashplate and the parallel axial piston/slipper concept are used by the Series 42 variable displacement pump, a small, high power density device, to change the pump's displacement. By changing the swashplate's angle, the fluid flow from the pump and the motor output's rotational direction can be reversed. In both forward and backward, Series 42 4T pumps offer an infinitely adjustable speed range from zero to maximum. Danfoss Series 42 pumps are built with a hydraulic servo control cylinder and a cradle swashplate construction. There are numerous servo controls to choose from. These consist of proportional controls that are either electric or hydraulic, feedback controls that are either mechanically or electrically operated, and an electric control with three positions. These controls function responsively and have minimal hysteresis.
